Tabungan SimPel is savings for students launched nationally in Indonesia with simple terms and conditions as well as attractive features for education and financial inclusion to encourage the culture of saving money. Tabungan SimPel has the following benefits:

  1. Savings book is provided.
  2. Free monthly administration fee.
  3. Transactions can be facilitated at school and at all Bank Mestika offices.

Terms and Conditions of “Tabungan SimPel”

  1. A personal savings for Indonesian students.
  2. This savings is particularly for students aged below 17 and do not have a KTP (resident identification card).
  3. Customer shall complete an Account Opening Form and Personal Data Form.
  4. The account is opened as a joint account “QQ”.
  5. Customer shall have a minimum initial deposit of Rp5.000,-
  6. The next minimum deposit is Rp 1,000,-
  7. Customer shall have a minimum balance of Rp5.000,-.
  8. Withdrawals at school can only be made a maximum of twice a month at most and the following withdrawals can only be made at the Bank.
  9. The maximum amount of withdrawals in school Rp250.000, - withdrawal of more than Rp250,000, - can only be processed at the Bank
  10. Transactions that are not printed on the passbook during the three (3) consecutive months will be combined into one (1) transaction (cumulative) debit and credit
  11. If the customer passed away, the disbursement of savings by the heirs must comply with the terms and conditions.

Product Risk

  1. TIn case of the loss of the savings book:
    • Customer shall close the account at the bank where the opening has been done;
    • Customer shall sign a loss declaration with sufficient stamps;
    • Customer shall open a new savings account if necessary.
  2. An account with a zero balance for 30 consecutive calendar days will be automatically closed by the Bank Mestika system
  3. The Bank has the rights to block a Bank account anytime based on its discretion considering any inappropriate use of the account.
  4. The status of the Savings Account shall only apply as an active account as referred to in POJK Number 24 of 2025 concerning Account Management at Commercial Banks.


Fees
    • The replacement fee of savings book / statement if lost / damaged: Free.
    • Monthly administration fee: Free.
    • Account closure fee is Rp5.000,-.
    • Cumulative transaction printout: Rp5.000,- per page.
